Q: What ingredients do you use in your products?
A: At loveBB, we use all-natural ingredients such as local California beeswax, organic coconut oil, apricot oil, shea butter, pure Vitamin E, and essential oils. We’re committed to providing eco-friendly, sustainable products without harmful chemicals.
Q: Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
A: Most of our products are vegan, except for those containing beeswax (like our balms). All of our products are cruelty-free, meaning we never test on animals.
Q: Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
A: Yes, we create our products with gentle, natural ingredients, making them suitable for most skin types, including sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies, we recommend checking the ingredients list or contacting us for more information.
Q: How should I store my balms and chai-spiced cocoa?
A: Store our balms in a cool, dry place to prevent melting. For the chai-spiced cocoa, keep it sealed in its resealable bag in a dry place. Shelf life = 3-5 years from purchase date but freshest in the first 2 years.
RECYCLING PRODUCTS:
Q: Can I recycle your packaging?
A: Yes! We are committed to sustainability. All of our balms come in compostable, eco-friendly paper tubes, and our sprays are packaged in reusable glass bottles. Our metal tins or scrub containers can be cleaned with hot water then use paper towel to wipe clean (we love using these as jewelry holders!)
RETURN POLICY:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 1-2 business days of your order being delivered. All returns are reimbursed via store credit only. To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Page with your order number and name.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: We do not offer cash refunds. If you return an item, you will be reimbursed with store credit, which will be sent to the email you provide.
Q: How do I exchange an item?
A: Exchanges are available for items of equal value only. To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.
Q: Will I need to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, you will be invoiced for the return shipping fee. This will be arranged once you contact us to start the return or exchange process.
